I am a doctoral candidate at The Institute of Fine Arts at NYU in the field of modern and contemporary art . As part of my dissertation research, I compiled a database of 20,000 sales transactions in the primary market for art in the US between 1946 and 1969. I am exploring my data using network visualization and geospatial software.
